Please join us for Through the Architect’s Eyes, presented by Skolfield Homes—a one-of-a-kind historic homes tour hosted by Casa Feliz Historic Home Museum.
For one day only, eight private homeowners have graciously opened their doors to tour guests. These remarkable residences span a century of architectural evolution—from homes that remain beautifully intact from the 1920s to masterfully renovated interiors that preserve their historic façades while embracing modern living. Among them are three designed by Winter Park’s most celebrated architect, James Gamble Rogers II.
This is a rare opportunity to step inside some of Winter Park’s most distinguished homes and experience firsthand the artistry, vision, and craftsmanship that define our community.
Come celebrate the architecture, the stories, and the spirit that make Winter Park so special—and help support the preservation mission of Casa Feliz.

This event is designed primarily as a walking tour, so comfortable shoes are encouraged. To assist guests, two Mears mini-buses will circulate continuously along the tour route. The mini-buses are generously sponsored by Realtor Becky Junod of Keller Williams Winter Park Realty. However, please note that walking is required, and some homes include stairs, uneven sidewalks, and sloped driveways. For this reason, the tour may not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges. Guests are also welcome to bicycle the route as an alternative way to travel between homes.
-
A catered sandwich lunch, generously provided by Arthur’s Catering, will be available throughout the event at Casa Feliz. You may stop by at any point along your tour route to enjoy your meal. A vegetarian (not vegan) option is available; please indicate your preference when purchasing your ticket.
